Refund policy

While we strive to provide a quick increase in the number of followers, we do not guarantee any level of interaction from said followers. In the event that a payment is made, it is non-refundable. By making a deposit, you agree not to file a payment dispute or chargeback against our platform under any circumstances. Should a chargeback or dispute be filed, SMM INFO reserves the right to cancel all future orders placed by the user and remove any likes or followers provided to the user's social networking accounts. No refunds will be granted for any orders placed on our platform, and we do not cancel orders once they have been placed. The full charge amount will only be refunded if we are unable to deliver the requested services.
